Welcome!

Since the check-in takes place via the key safe and we cannot welcome you personally on site and explain everything, you will find the most important information about the house, check-in, parking, the apartment, etc. in the following info video. In case of any questions or if you need any tips or further information, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Arrival

By car

 

By car from the A81 or from Freudenstadt via the B28:

Breitenbachstraße 7, 72178 Waldachtal

Arriving from Horb or Freudenstadt: Arrived in Lützenhardt, drive through the town on the main road, after the Kreissparkasse turn left onto Forchenwaldstraße, at the next junction turn left onto Breitenbachstrasse. The Tannenzäpfle house is located directly behind the junction on the left-hand side, the house clad in dark wood opposite the Germania restaurant.

The courtyard entrance is directly behind the house. 

 

Caution! Since the bend in the driveway is a bit narrow, it is advisable to continue driving along Breitenbachstraße with a larger car , then turn around 50 m further at the parking lot so that you can then turn right into the driveway on the way back, which is much easier.


Park in the courtyard, please on the right-hand side so that the entrance to the garage remains free.

Check-In

You will find the keys for the apartment in the key safe next to the main door. Please tap on the safe once to activate the key pad (the numbers will glow once its activated) and then type in your individual code followed by the hash key.

Swimming

  • Erzgrube (on Google Maps: Nagoldtalsperre) in Seewald. Super nice for bathing and swimming. The Obersee is a bit smaller and flatter, making it particularly suitable for small children. The larger Untersee is wonderful for swimming with its clear, clean water, but the entrances are a bit steeper than at the Obersee.   • Sankenbachsee: Small, very idyllic and clean cirque lake, in the middle of the forest and can be reached after a 30-minute hike. Be sure to check out the Sankenbach waterfalls, which are only 10 minutes away. Baiersbronn - Sankenbachsee (nationalparkregion-schwarzwald.de)

Excursion tips

In the west

  • Edelfrauengrab waterfalls hike / Karslruher ridge: My absolute favorite hike in the Black Forest. A waterfall with history, climbing on the bare rock (can also be bypassed) and a schnapps fountain - what more could you want? More information here.
